Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lemon, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions (with tops)
Preparation
    Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted.
    Cook chicken in butter
    over medium heat (about 10 minutes).
    Add wine and lemon juice.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Place lemon slices on chicken.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Remove chicken; keep warm.
    Heat wine mixture to boil.
    Cook 3 minutes or until reduced to about half. Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with green onions.
    Makes 4 servings; 190 calories, 9g fat.
