Tomato And Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, chopped
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine and garlic salt; saute bread crumbs.
    Place layer of tomatoes sprinkled with salt and brown sugar.
    Layer in order:
    onions, zucchini, bread crumbs and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
