Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Beat egg, add sugar and shortening; mix well.
Add flour and yeast, stir
until well blended.
Put in bowl and cover.
Keep in refrigerator.
You don't have to let rise before baking.
Put large spoonfuls in greased muffin pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
This will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
This will make about 15 large muffins.
