Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening with pastry cutter until pea size.
    Sprinkle water on dough, one tablespoon at a time.
    Lightly mix with a fork.
    Round into ball; cut in half for two.
    Makes 1 (8 or 9-inch) double crust pie or two single shells. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Watch carefully.
