Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size
2 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 small can peas, drained
1 medium onion, diced
4 to 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation

Beat oil, lemon juice, salt, mustard and cayenne pepper until creamy in appearance.
Pour over cauliflower, mushrooms, peas, onion and bacon.
Will keep up to 10 days in the refrigerator.
