Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Onion, chopped
1 C. Margarine
8 tsp. Chicken Base
3/4 Box Velveeta Cheese
1-12 oz. pkg. Broccoli
1 Box of Ancini Di Pepe Noodles
5 C. Milk
4 C. Water
Preparation
-
Saute onion in margarine.
Chop broccoli and cook as directed. Add water and chicken base, then add velveeta in chunks.
Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
In separate pan cook noodles. Add milk, broccoli and noodles to cheese mixture.
Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
