"Black Eyed Peas" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon, sliced
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 cans black-eyed peas
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook bacon (do not cook until crisp).
Drain grease.
In pan, combine bacon, onions, butter and black-eyed peas juice.
Simmer until onions are done.
Add peas, mix and heat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
