Deer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground deer
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 Tbsp. large grain black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Roll into 8 rolls.
    Be sure to pack and roll firmly.
    Place on broiler pan. Bake in low oven (150\u00b0) for 8 hours.
