Hearty Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick)
    2/3 c. thin sliced onion
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease baking pan.
    Place fish on bed of onions in prepared pan.
    Combine mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper and parsley.
    Spread mixture over fish.
    Combine wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pour over vegetables and fish. Cover pan with foil.
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
    Serve with lemon slices.
