Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 lb. chopped meat
    1 pkg. spinach, chop and saute
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper
    mushrooms, chop and saute
    onion, chop and saute
    1 egg
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 c. carrots, shred or dice
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Blanche cabbage 5 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients except carrot and onion sauteed in chicken broth.
    Stuff inside 2 cabbage leaves.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Spoon sauteed carrot and onion over top of cabbage rolls.
    Cook 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in glass dish.
