Apple Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. apples (2 to 3 apples), diced
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg and sugar. Add flour, salt, apples and nuts. Grease and flour 8-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
