Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 lg. can sauerkraut
    1 lg. onion
    1 lb. egg noodles
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan. Cut up onion and simmer until tender. Add drained sauerkraut and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 20 min. Add mushroom soup (do not dilute). Add mixture to cooked noodles and mix well. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
