Peanut Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. peanut butter chips or milk chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Melt chips and shortening over low heat.
    Stir until smooth and creamy.
    Mix in peanuts.
    Spoon into 1-inch size muffin cups or drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper covered cookie sheet.
    Cool until set; store tightly covered.
    Makes about 48.
