Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green bell pepper
    1/2 yellow bell pepper
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 boneless chicken breast
Preparation
    Cut everything into bite size slices.
    Fry the pieces of chicken in a little oil and seasoning.
    When chicken is completely done, add the bite sized vegetables and saute about 10 minutes. Can be served as is or with sweet and sour sauce.
    Also you can add a cup or two of cooked rice to stretch recipe.
