Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    1 lb. ground round or chuck
    8 oz. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
    tortilla or corn chips
    toppings (shredded lettuce, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, chopped olives, salsa, sour cream)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain well.
    Mash both cans of refried beans in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread ground beef over beans.
    Spread cheese over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.
    Serve with chips and toppings to individual taste.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
    May be prepared ahead and frozen.
