Old Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Work all together well.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Cut out with biscuit cutter.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until light brown.
