Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (cornbread flavor) and also the seasoning packet
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    black pepper
Preparation
    Cook fryer, take off bone and skin.
    Save broth.
    Put remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Stir all together; add torn up chicken.
    Leave nice size chunks.
    Put in Pam sprayed pan or large size casserole.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover the last 15 or 20 minutes to brown top of dressing.
    Can make a day ahead and cover with Saran and refrigerate.
    Then bake when ready to use.
