Esther'S Country Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. hamburger
    5 eggs
    8 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut in squares and brown.
    Make a gravy and pour over meat.
    Let heat through in oven at 350\u00b0.
