Lumpia(Egg Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lumpia wrappers
    1/8 c. oil
    1/2 head cabbage, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    1 lb. ground beef or pork
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 piece carrot, stripped
    1/2 pkg. green beans, stripped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in a pot.
    Add ground beef; season with salt.
    Add carrot and green beans.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add bean sprouts and cabbage.
    Cook until done.
    Drain and cool.
    Wrap and roll tightly in lumpia wrapper.
    Use 1 egg beaten to seal the wrapper.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Makes up to 28 to 32 pieces.
    Serve hot and crispy.
