Special Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium clove garlic
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In blender, combine all ingredients, except oil, with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper until smooth.
    With blender motor running, add oil in a thin, steady stream.
    Blend until dressing is slightly thickened.
    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
