Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins until tender; cool and remove peelings. Grate coarsely and add 1 cup grated cheese, sour cream, butter and grated onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in casserole 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
