Country Style Sausage Links - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. ruffed sage
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1 clove minced garlic
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
    Shape into 12 links.
    Place a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Add half of sausage links; cook 8 to 10 minutes, until browned, turning frequently.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Repeat with remaining links.
