Scalloped Potatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boiled potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch cubes
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease pan slightly with butter.
    Dry potatoes with paper towel.
    Spread 1/2 potatoes on the bottom of the dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese and butter; salt and pepper.
    Spread remaining potatoes and cheese on top.
    Pour milk into side of dish.
    Bring to simmer over low heat.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
