Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. hot red pepper, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Add green or red food coloring, if desired.
    Can.
