Cavatina - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 pkg. dry spaghetti mix
2 small cans tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) box shell macaroni (large variety)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Colby and Cheddar
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Add spaghetti mixes, following the directions on package.
Can also add Parmesan cheese in the sauce, if desired.
Prepare macaroni, then mix with sauce.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with Mozzarella cheese.
Add some Colby and Cheddar cheese, scattered about.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
