Teriyaki Beef Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    green pepper and onion, sliced very thin
Preparation
    Mix the marinade (first 6 ingredients).
    Marinate steak or chicken (slice thinly into strips), green pepper slices and onion slices for a minimum of 4 hours.
    You may marinate up to 12 hours. Brown the meat, onion and green peppers until tender.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
