Good Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Beat egg and add water.
Mix well.
Mix all other ingredients and add egg and water mixture.
Yield: about 5 crusts.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
