Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 tbsp. Butter
1 C. Flour
1 C. Milk
1 tbsp. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 1 lb. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3 Eggs

Preparation

Melt butter in 9x13 pan in oven, In a bowl beat eggs, and remaining ingredients.
Por in pan, smooth out.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 min.
