Rosemary Peas And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 oz. Canadian style bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    3 large green onions, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. dried leaf rosemary
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green peas
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 lb. bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Heat oil in pan.
    Saute bacon, green onions and rosemary for 3 minutes.
    Add frozen peas and cook covered for 5 minutes.
    Drain. Process until pureed the cheese and milk.
    Add to cooked pasta and bacon mixture.
    Toss to coat.
    Serves 4.
