Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, 1 cup sugar, flour and milk.
    Brown 1/2 cup sugar (in heavy, 6-inch skillet) and add to mixture.
    Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until brown sugar dissolves and thickens.
    Pour into a 9-inch baked pie crust.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding 6 tablespoons of sugar.
    Brown in a 350\u00b0 oven.
