Open-Faced Cucumber Tea Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk or 6 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic or Blue cheese salad mix
    4 loaves party rye bread
    2 cucumbers, scored and thinly sliced
    1 doz. stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
    Soften cheese; add milk and dressing mix.
    Spread on rye bread slices.
    Top with cucumbers and olive slices.
    Makes 4 dozen.
