Chicken In Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, thawed
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced (I use canned)
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Half & Half (I use milk)
Preparation

Brown chicken in butter.
Add mushrooms and cook (if fresh mushrooms for five minutes).
Remove chicken and mushrooms.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Pour in broth and half & half.
Cook until thick.
Add mushrooms and chicken.
Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
I used my slow cooker.
