Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. white sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Combine chips, salt and milk in saucepan over low heat.
Cook and stir until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vinegar and cinnamon.
Serve warm for dipping sliced apples.
May refrigerate up to 3 weeks.
