Pasta Basilica - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    6 Italian tomatoes, seeded, peeled and quartered or 1 (16 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped coarsely
    1/4 to 1/2 c. wine (red or white)
    6 to 9 oz. fresh pasta (linguine or angel hair)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Saute garlic and tomato in olive oil over medium heat unti tender.
    Add wine and simmer until reduced slightly (5 to 10 minutes).
    Add basil; stir and remove from heat.
    Spoon over cooked pasta, then sprinkle cheese on top to taste.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
