Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a greased casserole.
    Saute onion in butter; add sour cream, water, eggs (which have been slightly beaten), salt and pepper.
    Pour over the potatoes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Temperature may be raised the last 5 minutes if a brown topping is desired.
