Egg Nog Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. bread
    4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
    32 oz. eggnog
    2 c. half and half
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 tsp. instant Espresso coffee
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    powdered sugar
    ice cream
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan and cut bread into 1-inch chunks. Coarsely chop chocolate and toss with bread in a pan.
    In large bowl, whisk eggnog, half and half, sugar, coffee and eggs.
    Pour this over the bread and dot with butter.
    Set dish in large roaster and place on oven rack.
    Fill roaster with water halfway up the side of baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour until a knife blade comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar serving warm with ice cream topping.
    Oven temperature should be 325\u00b0 for baking.
