Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
3/4 c. toasted coconut
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and milk.
Fold in the whipped topping. Spread half into the pie crust.
Drizzle with half the caramel topping.
Combine coconut and pecans.
Sprinkle half over the caramel.
Repeat layers and chill or freeze until ready to serve.
