Feather Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. shortening (not oil)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 1/4 oz. pkg. RapidRise yeast
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat milk, be sure not to burn it.
    Add shortening, salt and sugar to milk; cool to lukewarm.
    Add beaten eggs to mixture when mix is cool.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; add to milk mixture.
    Stir in 4 cups flour; knead until smooth (about 5 minutes).
    Add remaining flour.
    Grease topp of dough and rise 2 hours.
    Punch down dough and work out rolls, let rise 1 1/2 hours. Bake at
    375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
