Bell Pepper Stuffed - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground elk or deer
    1 can mushrooms
    milk
    3 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    2 large green peppers
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms.
    Add milk to mushroom liquid to total of 1/2 cup.
    Combine meat, mushroom (sliced), bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg.
    Remove end and seeds from peppers.
    Cut into three 1-inch rings.
    Place green peppers in a shallow baking dish and pack meat mixture into pepper rings. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Combine catsup and grated cheese and spoon over patties.
    Continue baking for 10 minutes.
