Flour Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lard
    1 dessert spoon butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour, sifted
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    milk
Preparation
    Cream together the lard, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, well beaten, then dry ingredients, with enough milk to make a stiff batter.
    Put in well-greased muffin tins.
    Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
