Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 small onion
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash.
    Add onion, sage, eggs and bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
