Chicken Scallopini Marsala(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry Marsala wine or may substitute additional chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. heavy cream
    3 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 medium tomatoes, in 1-inch chunks
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    fresh basil sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Using meat pounder or rolling pin, pound chicken breasts, one at a time, in plastic bag until 1/4-inch thick.
    Season with salt and pepper.
