Diane'S Curried Chicken And Broccoli(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, cooked (I find it cheaper to bake small chicken)
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained (if any of the stalks are too large, cut them off)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Place broccoli in casserole and top with pieces of cooked chicken.
Combine undiluted chicken soup with mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry.
Pour over chicken and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
