Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Add the sugar.
    Add the pumpkin and lemon juice. Blend.
    Add the flour, ginger, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Pour onto a 15 x 10-inch baking pan, lined with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Remove foil and roll towel and cake up. Cool in refrigerator.
