Escalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters
2 cups cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or oleo (melted)
salt and pepper to taste
dash of nutmeg
milk as needed
Preparation

Add oysters to milk.
Mix oleo, cracker crumbs and seasoning. Place 1/2 of the crumb mixture into a baking dish.
Spread oysters over mixture, and top with remaining crumb mixture.
Pour in enough milk to cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
