Tuna Pate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. olives, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
19 1/2 oz. tuna in oil, drained
4 tsp. onion, grated
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well and decorate with parsley and pimento after molding into desired shape.
Chill.
Serve with crackers. Serves 24.
