Easy Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 oz. sliced pepperoni
    1 to 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Flatten biscuits, one at a time, between palms of hands.
    Place on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce over biscuits.
    Arrange pepperoni slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    Yields 10 servings.
