Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. carrots
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients 10 minutes.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in layer pans.
