Fruit Cake Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, juice and all
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut into quarters
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Add everything else and stir until well mixed.
Do not beat.
Pour into
a
greased
and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake in preheated
oven
at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool for 1 hour in pan on
a wire rack.
Turn right side up on the wire rack and cool again for 1 hour.
