Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Lightly grease 13 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch cookie sheet.
Mix first 2 ingredients until soft dough is formed.
Make into ball on floured surface and knead 20 times.
Place on wax paper and press out a bit.
Place on cookie sheet.
Pinch up tall edge 3/4-inch.
Bake 10 minutes.
